About Razor Recruiting

Nick Frame brings over 25 years in Talent Acquisition within the software and professional services industries. After a long career in the corporate tech world culminating as CHRO for the world’s largest B2B digital media company, he made the decision to “hang a shingle” and take his part-time firm, Razor Recruiting full-time.

Nick has placed CFOs, CROs, CHROs, CTOs and their reports across the globe with start-ups through S&P 500 companies. Outside of recruiting, Nick’s focus is on faith, family and a passion for training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
